Dragon paddler Marco Merini sent me these photo's that they took over the last week - going to kayaking events, and the paddling between the events. Some great waterfalls (man they look like just good old FUN), some kayak surfing in the Turbigo wave (which is finally back in!!!) and of course, kayakiners being the nutty guys that they are, some pretty funny off-the-water photo's that I can only guess was a drunken master moment!

I am begining to suspect that italians, kayakers, and alcohol, are not a good mix.....

When God made Italians, he gave them superior cooking skills, a superior language, and awesome rivers, but I think they were back in the food isle when he was handing out muscles....

Man, what an awesome looking drop. just a good time for sure. Here the guys are dropping it in the Mafia and the Gangster.

View from the top..... Anyone that has run big falls knows that feeling when your stomache ends up somewhere between your puckerd ass and the back of your throat... no matter how easy a drop is, something about seing the ground jsut fall out from under you makes your body kick that adranaline into action, and ..... gulp.... hip.... and weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... bang!
