It's all in the photographer
Yesterday afternoon we went back out to Mavericks with professional sports photographer Mirco Garoscio. Mirco, from Rome, is one of the best sports photographers I have worked with over the last 20 years, and his work is mind blowing to say the least. These comressed jpg files do his work no justice - they are so sharp, and crisp as high res images, but here they are anyway - just a few of the shots from yesterdays (short) session.

Short? Yup, Mirco was thrown off the back of the jet ski and sucked down in the whirlpools below Mavericks. In trying to rescue him, Christine sucked the ski rope into the motor and now we found ourselves stranded, 3 people, 1 board and a brkoen ski 500m from shore. Getting to shore and dismanteling the undercarrage whas an ordeal, but we got it done, and will be going back out this week for more.
