Legend of the Falls reviews
Legend of the falls proved to be a sound investment. Even after boating for over 18 years I learnt a great deal about the complexities of Creek boating. Legends is probably the best kayak instructional movies I have seen to date. Corran has managed to mix the perfect combination of teaching techniques to explain and demonstrate each of the main elements of creeking/river running.

If I had to choose one element of Legends that has made the biggest impression it has to be the section on river communication. Without a doubt this in itself will help to keep me and my paddling buddies safe.

Quite simply another well thought out, high quality piece of production.

I felt like the video was very precice. It covers the really important parts of creeking... basically there is no bullshit. It covers international safety standards. Great movie. It's a must have for all upcomming river runners.

Legend of the Falls will become the benchmark for new instructional videos. It is very clear and concise, the cinematography is great, and most importantly, it is entertaining. I particularly liked the Addison rating scale, and segment on hand signal communication. The video has a very nice flow to it, and it is very much worth checking out.

"As an intermediate paddler, I think this is a great video. Like most, I already had a ragtag knowledge of some of the topics on this video, from friends, books, and my own experience. 'Legend' broke down and explained a lot of these basics, showed me some techniques I had never heard of, and made me think about the safety issues of creeking. There are not many videos available to help a beginning creeker and 'Legend' will certainly help to begin filling that gap. I particularly liked the section on how to read and run rapids - eg, drops and holes - and how to exploit the power of the main current. Some of Corran's methods are certainly different from the way I do things now, and I'm eager to put them to the test on the river."
