| The Retro Fish is for those days where the surf is complete mush.... from huge sloping waves to small chop. days where a longboard is needed... but you want the performance of a shortboard. This is where the retro Fish shines.
This board will paddle onto waves you'd usually need a 9 footer for, but it'll turn like a performance shortboard. The twinzer fin set-up, and deep swallow tail, alloys you to ride steep fast waves like a single fin pintail, or ride the long flat rollers like a super loose shortboard. The tail tips have just enough flex to eject you out of turns with speed when powered, while holding firm in even the toughest conditions. A Quad fin set up is available to allow greater versitility in the boards handling style, depending on the conditions of the day. |
