Pintails
I shaped several Pintails for surfers looking for boards that they could use on the river, and also on trips to the ocean. The length of the Pintails offered superior paddling speed for navigating the rapids, or in paddling onto waves in rivers and oceans, while still affording a great turning ability due to the unusual curve of the template. Its slight concave bottom to V tail brought it quickly up to planing for an early pop, while the narrow fast tail still allowed steep walled waves to be ridden more effectively than a mini malibu or fish shape.
